The group is a multi-disciplinary powerhouse serving rural and urban communities across Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire, West Midlands and the surrounding areas, and boasting a nationwide probate property network.
Under the leadership of Custodians - Mike Cleary and Dan Jackson - the business continues to expand through a series of strategic acquisitions, diversifying its offering to encompass a breadth of land and property-related services.
The Group offers a wide range of property expertise including matters relating to; residential sales, land & new homes, auctions, planning & architecture, rural, commercial property, probate property, conveyancing and mortgage advice. Our affiliated companies - SBK Lettings and Levels - provide lettings and block management services respectively.
