Important Information Regarding Tenancy Costs
A holding deposit of the equivalent of ONE WEEKS’S RENT to secure your interest in the property until all checks have been completed will be required.
Should referencing be successful and contracts are to go ahead with move in, the holding deposit will be transferred to your account with us and held towards the initial first month’s rent unless otherwise agreed.
