Charlotte was really the person who was most helpful in the purchase of our house. She went over and above what was required of her, as was her trainee, Nareece. Its safe to say that without her timely interventions during the process we would have just given up, walked away and rented a property. The whole process was stressful and frustrating. Its a shame that this antiquated process cannot be more like the Scottish system. Charlotte and Nareece are a huge asset to your team.

Sheldon Bosely Knight, Pershore (namely Amy and Amelia) deserve a 5 star review for their exceptional service. When selecting an agent to handle the sale of a property, I expect a small number of things to be done very well to justify their commission. Any of them can blow sunshine up your behind and tell you what huge sums of money they can sell your property for. Ultimately, their role is marketing (footfall &amp; presentation) and managing the chain. I have experienced several other local estate agents who eventually back track on the price they think they can sell your house for, having overstated it in the first place to get your business and ultimately trying to \"sell\" your house on price. I\'ve also experienced most of the same estate agents who have pushed the stress and handling of communications between buyers, sellers and solicitors onto me as the vendor...having to chase and make arrangements I shouldn\'t need to. Not with Amy and Amelia, they were brilliant. Not just at the good and run of the mill parts of the process but when the brown stuff hit the fan, they were there and quickly to get things back on track and driving the chain to as swift a close as possible. It would be fair to say their ability to handle me at times where I was being quite \"passionate\" about things that were going on was exceptional. Anyone can look good in front of an easy situation, it takes exceptional skill and character to be good when things get tough... Amy and Amelia were brilliant throughout.
