We asked for a market valuation which was completed by Amy who was very professional and helpful. I received a buyer within a few days of the property going on the market and the sale was pretty straight forward. Unfortunately the purchase of the next property was not due to unresolved paperwork issues with the seller it fell through and we were without a home for 7 months, this was no fault of SBK, they were exploring every avenue for the purchase to complete.
