Meet Lucy Hughes. With several years’ experience in sales, we are very excited to see what she brings to the table. Lucy will be joining Christian and the team in our Evesham office. Not even a month into the business and we have already received some great feedback from a client of ours. “I would just like to say a huge thank you to Lucy, who presented the property with fantastic expertise and professionalism. I really felt she took the time to listen to me, to understand our property search wish list. It was also nice to meet the lovely owner and Rosie…”

With regards to joining Sheldon Bosley Knight I had such a positive experience from the initial phone call from James and then meeting him and Mike made it a very easy decision to decide to join their business. What’s the best piece of advice you have ever been given about being in the sales industry?
The best piece of advice I was given was to always look to yourself before pointing the finger at someone else. Keep trying if something doesn’t work initially and not be afraid to change it if needed.
Also joining the SBK family is Maxwell Durham. Maxwell fits our brand brilliantly and has a can do attitude about everything. We are really looking forward to his input within the Kineton office with Sara along with helping Morgan in the Shipston-on-Stour office.
What attracted you to joining Sheldon Bosley Knight?
Whilst researching Sheldon Bosley Knight, the company’s incorporation of diversification along with their fervor for expansion (as suggested by a vibrant acquisition period) made them really stand out as somewhere of interest amongst the other firms I researched. However, it was upon my interview with James, where there was a heavy focus on questions about morality and culture, that for me, Sheldon Bosley Knight elevated itself to a special status that I am now grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to.
