Colouring Christmas

Youngsters from Shipston Primary School have shown off their creative skills in a Christmas colouring competition organised by our Shipston team.

More than 150 youngsters took part and submitted their designs which were judged by sales manager Amy Nicholson and lettings manager Sarah Scaysbrook.

There were three categories – Reception created a colourful snowman, Key Stage 1 a fantastic gingerbread house with an elf on the shelf and Key Stage 2 were asked to design a Christmas Snow Globe.

The winning entries will be displayed in the office window between now and Christmas.

Local businesses donated items for the hampers which were then presented to the children by Amy and Sarah.

Amy said: “We had so many wonderful, creative, and colourful entries which made it really hard for us to choose the winners as everyone deserves recognition for their festive efforts.

“After much deliberation, our team have voted and chosen the three overall winners who will each receive a festive hamper full of goodies donated by Sheldon Bosley Knight and some of the amazing, generous, independent shops in our special little town.

“We will display as many entries as possible in our windows for children to see and spot their picture over the festive break.

“A huge thank you head teacher, Mr Roberts, the staff and pupils at Shipston Primary School for helping the children take part and special thanks to all the amazing local businesses who kindly donated gifts to the hampers.

“Merry Christmas from all of us in the office at Sheldon Bosley Knight in Shipston!”
