Our auction team is celebrating as another one of its number has become a professionally qualified auctioneer.
Jessica Lewis has gained her Propertymark Level 3 Award in Real Property Auctioneering, following in the footsteps of colleague Samantha-Marie Parsons who also passed this year.
Jessica passed four separate exam modules covering health and safety, security and general law, the law relating to real property auctions, practice and procedures relating to real property auctioneering and property appraisal and the auction process.
She said: “Over the past five weeks, I’ve been completing the modules alongside my day-to-day job, and I’m excited to become a qualified auctioneer.
“I’m incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received from the entire team, and becoming a member of NAVA will only strengthen my confidence and provide further support. I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds.”
Associate director and head of auctions, Matt Burrows said: “We are incredibly proud of Jessica for achieving this prestigious qualification in auctioneering.
“Her dedication and commitment to professional development reflect the high standards we uphold at Sheldon Bosley Knight.
“This achievement not only enhances our expertise as a team but also reinforces our ability to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
“Well done, Jessica, a well-deserved success!”
