Loveitts’ auction team is celebrating after being crowned Team Of The Year at an awards ceremony.

Director, Sally Smith, Chloe Morris and Sara Herbert collected the prize at the event last week.

It was organised by Auction House (AH), a network of national property auctioneers of which Loveitts is part. AH operates over 40 auctions rooms across the country. Made up of regional experts, it also provides an opportunity for teams to network and gain local knowledge.

The awards evening was part of an annual conference which gives members updates on the market, legislation and compliance as well as hear talks from experts and take part in networking opportunities.

Sally said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award. The three of us, and Lisa Sanderson who was unable to attend the event, have worked together for many years and to be recognised for our teamwork and acknowledged in this way is fantastic.

“We all maintain incredibly high standards and our aim is always to provide a smooth sales process for our clients, so I’m incredibly proud of the team.”

Loveitts, which is part of the Sheldon Bosley Knight group, was founded in 1843 and built its business on auction sales, overseeing some of Coventry’s largest and most important property deals.
