From the very first viewing to finally purchasing my property the team have all been fantastic

Chose because of location near the property and the professional way the valuation was conducted. Ignored their guidance on price and went higher, which didn\'t work so should have respected their experience. Viewings were handled well with prompt feedback. Very supportive during the negotiation phase to ensure the sale progressed (who knew chimneys may be exposed to weather so might need further investigation, one of the many worry points raised by the purchasers survey). Convenient to have legal services operating from the same office.

The whole team were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they explained things very clearly. The whole process took a long time from start to finish but that was because we backed out of a couple of properties. The team were very patient throughout. Special thanks to Kyle and Wayne as they were the ones who showed prospective buyers around. After viewing a lot of properties with various estate agents, it was clear who I would never use again in the future and who I would 100% recommend.
