We wanted a traditional approach to selling as opposed to auction selling which is pushed strongly by other estate agents. Clear charging costs explained. Good communication. The property value was pitched at correct market level which promoted alot of interest and viewings. Many offers recieved. Being ultra critical; "Your Property Hub" which allows you to see the progress from both parties was not always up to date. However, the team, whilst not always available on the phone always got back to me in a timely fashion. Overall, very pleased with SBK and would use them again we needed to.

From the very first viewing to finally purchasing my property the team have all been fantastic

Chose because of location near the property and the professional way the valuation was conducted. Ignored their guidance on price and went higher, which didn\'t work so should have respected their experience. Viewings were handled well with prompt feedback. Very supportive during the negotiation phase to ensure the sale progressed (who knew chimneys may be exposed to weather so might need further investigation, one of the many worry points raised by the purchasers survey). Convenient to have legal services operating from the same office.

The whole team were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they explained things very clearly. The whole process took a long time from start to finish but that was because we backed out of a couple of properties. The team were very patient throughout. Special thanks to Kyle and Wayne as they were the ones who showed prospective buyers around. We wish the whole team every success in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

After viewing a lot of properties with various estate agents, it was clear who I would never use again in the future and who I would 100% recommend. SBK were one of the agents that I definately would recommend. Communication is important to me, alongside feeling heard and respected and they did just that.
