SBK were brilliant when we recently sold our house with them. The process wasn\'t straightforward due to issues beyond our and SBK\'s control, but this was handled brilliantly. Special mention to Norma Woodward in client services who worked exceptionally hard chasing solicitors, other estate agents in the chain and our buyers etc to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Sheldon Bosley are letting agents for our tenancy, we had been served notice from another agency due to the landlord passing away and the family wanting to sell the property, it was a very upsetting time and stressful as we weren\'t planning on moving. Claire from Sheldon Bosley showed us around the perfect property and completely understood our need for a hasty move making sure everything was sent through and completed as quickly as possible so we could instruct a removal company. From show round to moving in was just under 4 weeks! Wonderful, helpful service.
