In brief the accommodation comprises of an entrance hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen with built-in oven and dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside to the rear of the property there is a communal garden area, and to the front there is car standing which is on a first come-first service basis. The communal areas include an onsite lounge and gymnasium. There is a house manager who works three days and there is a lift, and kitchen with gas facilities. The whole site is accessible by wheelchair and there are regular social activities including weekly coffee mornings and afternoon tea.
