Congratulations to Sheldon Bosley Knight’s Leamington office which has kicked off 2022 in style by winning both the Sales and Lettings Team of the Year awards.
The sales team was named office of the year from our network of nine offices after smashing a number of personal bests in branch, but primarily because over the course of 2021 they achieved an average percentage of asking price of 100.5% over 126 sales.
The Leamington team is no stranger to winning the award but this year it has been made all the sweeter thanks to a new trophy which has been awarded to Associate Director Andrew James.
Andrew said: “We are delighted to be named sales team of the year for 2021.
“It’s a testament to how hard the team at Leamington has worked to deliver outstanding customer service and value to our clients in what has been a very challenging and unique market.”
Head of Residential Sales and Marketing, James Morton said: “Andrew and his team have had a phenomenal year. The team remained calm whilst the market was chaotic, making sure they were offering the right advice at key points and achieving the best possible results for their sellers.
“Andrew and his team should be incredibly proud to have won this award against our nine other offices.”
The Lettings team is also celebrating its win which was down to achieving the biggest overall growth amongst the nine-strong offices within the business.
