All staff at the Bedworth office have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive during what proved to be a difficult process owing to the dry Summer of 2022 resulting in subsidence to the bungalow which caused the first sale to fall through. The team provided useful links and advice on moving surveys and repairs forward as well as other useful contacts. Communication has been excellent throughout and I always felt informed and kept up to date. I wouldn\'t normally think agents earn their money, but I can honestly say in this case I think the SBK team at Bedworth have earnt their money and I am happy to recommend them to others.

We asked for a market valuation which was completed by Amy who was very professional and helpful. The valuation was very fair and took in to consideration the extensive modernisation and extension of the property which involved a significant investment it was clear Amy knew how to value the property. Brilliant service from beginning to end of sale. We were kept in the loop throughout with all staff being very friendly, informative and professional. Whenever we had cause to query anything, we received our answers very quickly via either emails or phone calls. Thanks very much to all at the Bedworth branch.

Chose because of location near the property and the professional way the valuation was conducted. Ignored their guidance on price and went higher, which didn\'t work so should have respected their experience. Viewings were handled well with prompt feedback. Very supportive during the negotiation phase to ensure the sale progressed (who knew chimneys may be exposed to weather so might need further investigation, one of the many worry points raised by the purchasers survey). Convenient to have legal services operating from the same office.

The whole team were absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they explained things very clearly. The whole process took a long time from start to finish but that was because we backed out of a couple of properties. The team were very patient throughout.
